We request and carefully examine your EPF (KWSP) records and any available pension statements. My EPF claim was declined. Can Naungan assist?
Yes. Declined and delayed claims are among the situations we handle most often. Our Withdrawal and Pension Claim Support service covers a thorough review of your case, preparation of supporting correspondence, and respectful engagement with EPF or the relevant body on your behalf. We keep you informed at each step and explain our approach in clear terms.
How long does the process typically take?
A Pension Position Overview is usually completed within two to three weeks after we receive your documents. Claim support matters vary considerably depending on the complexity of the case and the responsiveness of the relevant body. We will give you a realistic, honest estimate at the start and update you if anything changes along the way.
Is the Household Pension Protection Plan suitable if my spouse already receives a government pension?
It is well suited to that situation. Many Malaysian households have a mix of government pension entitlements and EPF savings. The Household Plan covers both, helping your family understand how the two interact, what survivor benefits exist, and how to keep documentation in order for dependants — all presented in one consolidated dossier.
How is my personal information protected?
We handle all client information with full discretion and in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Documents are stored securely, shared only with your knowledge and consent, and we do not pass your details to any third party except where required to progress your case — and always with your awareness.
What are the fees, and are there any additional charges?
Our fees are fixed at RM 580 for the Pension Position Overview, RM 1,260 for Withdrawal and Claim Support, and RM 1,930 for the Household Pension Protection Plan. We are transparent about what each engagement covers, and you will always know what is included before committing. Should any work fall outside scope, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.
