You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and print content from this Website for your personal, non-commercial reference only.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment methods and settlement terms will be confirmed in the service engagement letter issued prior to commencement.

As our services involve professional time and preparation, fees are generally payable at or before the commencement of the relevant engagement. If you need to cancel or reschedule before work has commenced, please contact us as early as possible and we will discuss the appropriate arrangement with you.

We do not offer refunds for work already completed. Where an engagement cannot proceed due to circumstances outside your control, we will discuss the matter with you individually and in good faith.

7. Service Delivery and Scope

The scope of each engagement will be set out in a written confirmation or letter exchanged prior to commencement. Any variation to the agreed scope will be discussed with you and confirmed in writing before additional work is undertaken.

Timelines for service delivery are estimates and may be affected by third-party response times (for example, the time taken by EPF, KWAP, or other bodies to respond to correspondence). We will keep you informed of progress throughout your engagement.

We operate on Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Responses to enquiries received outside these hours will be addressed on the next working day.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Naungan's liability in connection with the use of this Website or any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost earnings or delays arising from third-party processing times, provided we have acted with reasonable care in the conduct of your engagement.

10. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in connection with an engagement is treated with care and discretion. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except where required to carry out the service (for example, submitting correspondence to EPF on your behalf), where required by Malaysian law, or where you have given us your consent to do so.

For full details of how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination of Engagement

Either party may bring an engagement to a close by giving written notice. If you choose to end an engagement before it is complete, you remain responsible for fees relating to work already carried out. We will prepare and share a summary of work completed to that point.

Naungan reserves the right to decline or discontinue an engagement where it becomes apparent that proceeding would be impractical, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our professional obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If a concern arises from your use of this Website or from a service engagement, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance so that we may address the matter directly and in good faith.
